Company Description:Small Home Based Sweet Shoppe continuing to grow!Role Description:This is a part-time on-site role as a Cake Decorator located in Canton, OH. The Cake Decorator will be responsible for creating visually appealing and delicious cakes and cookies for our customers. The Cake Decorator must be skilled in using various ingredients to create beautiful cake and cookie designs, possess excellent time management skills and have the ability to multitask. This position requires a friendly demeanor as these are created in front of customers in store.QualificationsExcellent cake decorating skills with a broad knowledge of various pastry and icing techniquesAttention to detail and accuracy with measurements, flavors, and decorating designsCreativity with the ability to think outside the box and customize any cake orderAbility to prioritize and complete multiple cake orders while maintaining high qualityStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work in a team-oriented environmentPrevious experience in a bakery or restaurant setting is preferred but not requiredWe are an equal opportunity employer and welcome diversity and inclusion.
