Join in and feel the difference.Job DescriptionReporting to head of department, this role is an integral position within the management team of the Nordic sales organizations. Through business partnering, you will ensure that your divisions are well equipped to steer the business units to meet their respective targets.The role is split between management accountant tasks and value adding business partnering activities. When performing the management accountant tasks, you will focus on accuracy of reporting, forecasting, and commenting during Monthly Business Reporting / Current Forecast / Year End Closing / Business Plan scenarios in order to provide useful information for business steering as well as to be compliant with internal or external requirements. During business partnering activities, you act as a consultant to proactively optimize the business targets and KPIs.Your primary tasks will be:Financial consultant to the senior management team in order to support in the achievement of divisional targetsDetailing opportunities and risks to the business, identifying areas for improvement, and providing expertise and support in following through on agreed actionsProvide financial analysis and scenarios for long term country divisional strategy Managing and motivating a team, setting targets, providing coaching support, monitoring performance, and managing changes as necessary Manage P&L to optimize performance and ensure reporting accuracy including forecasting Manage relationship with global hubs to ensure correct reporting in ERP/HFM Ensure that divisional financials are in line with external auditing requirements, manage relationship and requests from external auditors Represent global country sales organizations and act as a consultant to central with regards to decision making regarding project implementations Present findings of margin analysis to directors and work with sales force to optimize product/customer profitability Ensure accuracy of transfer pricing calculationsQualificationsYou should have a successful track record in building strong relationships with internal customers, managing conflicts as well as negotiation outcomes to improve overall performance. Further, we imagine that you:Are able to tailor your communication of financial matters to non-financial colleaguesAre result and future oriented with the ability to quickly adapt to changes in the working environmentHave experience with MBR, CF, BP and Year End processesHave working knowledge of SAP R/3 FI-CO (Financial and Controlling module) and/or S/4 HANA; if not it is a prerequisite to be fluent in similar ERP systems.Excellent IT skills and the ability to utilize tools for the management of big dataFluent proficiency in EnglishHave knowledge of automationAdditional InformationPersonal and professional development within international working environmentGain experience in a dynamic and supportive team of professionalsMonthly salary from 4 200.0 - 5 000.0 EUR gross (+ variable part)Local health insurance and other company benefitsPossibility to work remotelyAll necessary business tools
