As a Brand Development Representative, you are on the front-line of our brand-awareness campaign setting the stage for success in the territory. With your engaging personality, passion for the plant, love of training others, and strong organizational skills, you will be maximizing brand engagement, executing marketing strategies, building customer relationships, growing brand loyalty, managing events, and increasing recurring sales orders. This position is not for Uber/Lyft enthusiasts. You must have your own reliable transportation to travel the state and visit dispensaries on a regular basis from your base in Missoula or Bozeman. Read on to learn more about this exciting opportunity and let us know if you're qualified and ready to hit the road with The Clear!What you'll be doing: Become a brand-building subject matter expert for all our portfolio products.Collaborate with CCI, licensee partner and sales to ensure all new customer development and ongoing nurturing needs of the brand are met, including but not limited to:Manage and execute retail training and educational initiatives. Set up and maintain all retail store merchandising brand displays. Coordinate and support planned promotions in conjunction with CCI licensee to help increase sales. Increase participation in budtender events and competitions.Work with licensee partner to assure retailers and budtenders are provided samples on a regular cadence. Anticipate needs of retailers and licensee through proactive communication and collaboration. Regularly schedule, plan, confirm, and conduct in-store demonstrations (aka Pop-Ups)Record all activities in our CRM as trained and directed. Identify new customer distribution points, drop ins, and introductions and generate MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) for sales counterparts.Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred, with a concentration in business, sales, marketing or related field.2+ years experience in similar role in the cannabis Industry, preferably in sales or marketing.Experience in conducting training.Experience promoting brands.Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, warm personality.Ability to work on a variable schedule, including some evenings and weekends.
