Responsibilities:- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to determine the needs of individuals with behavioral health concerns- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans- Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and other staff members- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations- Stay up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in behavioral therapyQualifications:- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as psychology, special education, or applied behavior analysis- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health concerns- Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation practices- Strong understanding of special education laws and regulations- Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsSkills:- Data collection: Ability to collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions- Patient care: Provide compassionate and effective care to individuals with behavioral health concerns- Medical records: Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations- HIPAA: Knowledge of privacy regulations governing the handling of patient information- Medical terminology: Familiarity with medical terms used in behavioral health settings- Special education: Understanding of laws and practices related to special education services- Behavioral therapy: Proficiency in evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques- Behavioral health: Knowledge of mental health conditions and treatments- Medical documentation: Ability to accurately document treatment plans, progress notes, and other medical records- Diagnostic evaluation: Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine diagnoses and treatment needsThis is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with behavioral health concerns.
