We are seeking individuals to provide in-home (across Ventura County) to join our team! You will be responsible or implementing effective treatment plans to clients in an individual or group setting.Responsibilities:As a behavior technician, you will make an impact by delivering 1:1 behavior therapy to individuals with behavioral needs in-homeOur passionate behavioral interventionists help individuals with various needs including improving skills pertaining to communication, play, social interactions, independence, and etc. while helping reduce any inappropriate behaviors.We provide our behavior therapists with extensive, paid training so that they can deliver effective, applied behavior analysis (ABA) treatment, such as discrete trial teaching (DTT), naturalistic teaching strategies (NATS), and verbal behavior (VB).Implement behavior treatment plans and skill acquisition plans, under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior AnalystOur ABA therapists collaborate and engage with their behavior treatment teams by participating in constant dialogue with the supervisor to report client progress and get specific feedback from the supervisor.Complete accurate and timely session treatment notesIn our research-based program, our behavioral technicians also collect data to demonstrate each clients progress toward reaching his or her goals!Strictly follow and enforce BACB guidelinesRemain HIPAA compliant at all timesOur hours of service are from 1 pm to 8:00 pmRequirements/Qualifications:High School DiplomaClear Background checkMust have a reliable carMust have proof of auto insuranceA Valid driver's licenseProof of immunization recordClearance of TB requiredFully COVID VaccinatedRegistered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is a plus but we will provide the training if desiredDesirable candidates must have a strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work well as part of a team, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
