Behavior Technician

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Using play based activities, the BT will provide the client opportunities to practice the skills/behaviors targeted in the program. A Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) defines the goals and works with you and the parent(s) to implement the plan. A program typically runs for 6 months. The client is re-evaluated to measure progress and the BCBA uses this information to update the program and set additional goals as needed. We ask that BTs commit to completing a program period.
