RISE is seeking 1 part-time Behavior Technician (BT) to work in a patient home in Beaverton, Michigan afternoons Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 3:30p - 7:30pThis is 1:1 work with an autistic child, delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs and techniques to increase skills and decrease behaviors, under the guidance and direction of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).Note: BTs can accept several part-time assignments to increase their hours, if desired$18/h for Behavior Technician (BT)$20/h for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)Candidates are required to come qualified, meaning:They have the state-mandated Behavior Technician Training Certificate in hand.RISE will provide this training, for free, for interested individuals who do not already have this certificate.Provided training is paid in two bonuses, for individuals who begin patient work with RISE and retain:o $200 at the 30-day marko $200 at the 60-day mark
