iece By Piece Autism Therapy is excited to offer the opportunity for a part or full time, experienced BCBA to work exclusively with our clients in the Sanilac and St. Clair County areaThe Board-Certified Behavior Analyst will provide intensive treatment for Piece By Piece Clients through face to face and telehealth services. The primary functions for a BCBA are to plan, develop and monitor a variety of behavioral support service delivery options to meet the needs of clients. Most of the services involve providing Early Intensive Behavioral Intervention for children but can also involve conducting Functional Behavior Assessments and developing Behavior Intervention Plans. BCBAs may also be responsible for supervising Practicum students and ensuring their progress throughout their program and hours. Services may be provided in the home, clinic or school setting. The BCBA will report directly to their Clinical Director.Responsibilities:Responsible for treatment plans and programmingMonitors progress and documentation of client records accordinglyMaintains regular communication with staff and others as necessary to inform and improve treatment plansParticipates in management and/or leadership meetings, as requiredIntake of new clients through assessments (including functional analyses where appropriate), development of individualized treatment plans, collection of measures of performance, data analysis and presentation, and the ongoing evolution of the treatment plansFollow and abide by planned metrics and policiesConducts and completes assessments regarding competency and document progressReports competency scores and ongoing progression within the curriculum on a monthly basis to clinical leadershipOversees implementation of treatment services (e.g., assessment, supervision, parent engagement) by practicum supervises and provides feedback regarding performanceProvides feedback regarding curriculum and works alongside clinical leadership to modify the curriculum to improve practicum outcomesUnderstands and references employee handbook to follow company policies and proceduresAdheres to the guidance and discretion of organizational leadershipOther duties and center support tasks, as assignedEducational Requirements:Minimum of a masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related fieldBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the Behavior AnalystCertification Board (BACB)Job Types: Full-time, Part-timeSchedule:Monday to FridayWork Location:In-Person - at least 1-2 days per weekTelehealth available outside of In person days
