We make sure no one is left out!We're so excited to be located at South Farm's Food Truck Park (Pasture) all summer long!Our work environment includes:Working out of our 14 foot Bar trailer**Overview:**We are a mobile bar in CT that will have a summer location in Morris, CT.The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and experience in the restaurant or food industry.Park hours are:Thursdays 5-8Fridays 5-8Saturdays 12-8Sundays 12-7Most shifts will begin at least one hour prior and end around an hour after.Saturdays and Sundays are split in 2 shifts (but can work both with scheduled break).We are looking for someone who wants a set weekly schedule.Hourly PLUS tips.**Duties:**- Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests-Properly ID and maintain safe serving practices- Prepare and serve beverages to customers following With a Splash recipes and procedures- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when needed- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to all health and safety regulations- Handle cash transactions accurately and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system- Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed**Qualifications:**-WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT CANDIDATE- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele- Proficient in time management and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently-TIPS certification (must have by start date)- Knowledge of food handling safety guidelines- Experience with cash handling and operating POS systems (We use Square)This position offers a really unique and fun environment with a lot of opportunity for growth.
