Performance Expectations AssociateOverview: The Associates main responsibility is to be an assistant to the Store Lead. Part-Time Employees will work when assigned which may include opening and closing, partial days, and Home Shows/State Fair/events as needed.Starting at 16.5 hours per week and working upwards as the stores needs progress.Store Lead will oversee getting the schedule out in a timely manner. Employees must give a minimum of two weeks notice for any time off as needed.If you are scheduled it is the Employees responsibility to either switch shifts or be present at the scheduled time. Any schedule alterations must be approved by the Showroom Manager.Compensation:The position of Associate will start at $16.00 per hour.
