Assistant Teacher

```Duties```- Assist the lead teacher in implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum for children.- Provide care and support to toddlers and preschool-aged children.- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.- Assist with classroom management and behavior guidance.- Collaborate with the lead teacher to develop and implement individualized education plans for children with special needs.- Foster a love for learning through engaging activities and educational games.- Promote literacy education by reading books and encouraging language development.- Support children's social-emotional development through positive interactions and modeling appropriate behavior.```Requirements```- Previous experience working with children, preferably in a childcare or educational setting.- Knowledge of curriculum development and age-appropriate teaching strategies.- Familiarity with toddler care, preschool education, and child welfare practices.- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with parents, colleagues, and other professionals.- Strong classroom management skills to create an organized and productive learning environment.- Patience, compassion, and the ability to connect with children on an individual level.- A passion for educating young minds and helping them reach their full potential.Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
