We have a paid training program and fun STEM curriculum that makes this the best opportunity anywhere!We are looking for our next great Assistant Teacher!Responsibilities:Include, but are not limited to:Collect materials from and return materials to the designed storage areasSupport the Lead Teacher in preparing supplies at the beginning of a program Encourage student involvement by ensuring students begin warm-up activities and assisting students on an individual basis Practice excellence in teaching when offering Engineering For Kids programs Ensure classes operate smoothly by conducting tasks such as observing and recording data during student tests, managing supplies during class, and assisting in demonstrations Provide appropriate instruction that considers the unique abilities of every student Constantly strive to improve instruction through reflection and evaluation Demonstrate initiative by seeking additional Engineering For Kids training and further education Primary Duties:Support Engineering For Kids classes in a professional mannerBe courteous and approachable to students, parents, and staffFollow policies of the franchise location which may include, but are not limited to, safety procedures and dress code
