The ideal candidate will have a passion for coaching,choreography, and working with students to enhance their skills and overall experience in the area of dance. If you have a background in dance,childcare,or anything performing arts, we urge you to apply.**Responsibilities:**- Assist the Head Coach in planning and conducting sports training sessions- Provide individualized coaching to students to improve their skills- Support in organizing and overseeing team practices and competitions- Educate students on sportsmanship, teamwork, and discipline- Implement behavior management strategies to ensure a positive learning environment- Assist with the supervision of students during practices and events- Collaborate with the coaching staff to develop training programs**Qualifications:**- Previous experience in dance choreography and coaching or related field is preferred- Knowledge or experience in dance ,or cheerleading is a plus- Ability to work with children and young adults effectively- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Experience in behavior management techniques is advantageous- Ability to educate and motivate students towards achieving their goalsJoin us as an Assistant Coach and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to fostering student growth and success in dance.Job Type: ContractPay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hourExpected hours: 6 10 per weekBenefits:Employee discountFlexible scheduleOn-the-job trainingGrade levels:10th grade11th grade12th grade1st grade2nd grade3rd grade4th grade5th grade6th grade7th grade8th grade9th gradeElementary schoolHigh schoolKindergartenMiddle school
