Asbestos Abatement Estimator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Asbestos Abatement and Demolition Estimator/Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating and managing asbestos abatement and demolition projects, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget.Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Related Field OR demonstrated equivalent combination of education, training, and/or related experienceMinimum of 2 years of experience in estimating and project management, specifically in asbestos abatement and demolition.Strong knowledge of asbestos abatement regulations, procedures, and best practices.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.AHERA certification in asbestos abatement and demolition preferred.Benefits: Competitive salary commensurate with experience.Opportunities for professional development and advancement within the company.
