Zikr Dance Ensemble is Denver's nationally acclaimed contemporary dance company, currently celebrating its 15th Anniversary Season. Our goal is to inspire and entertain our audiences with world class multi-media dance performances focused on dance as a conduit to the divine. .Overview:We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Administrative Director to join Zikr Dance Ensemble. As the company's Administrative Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our organization, ensuring efficient and effective administrative processes. The ideal candidate will have a background in non-profit management and development and possess strong leadership and organizational skills.Responsibilities:- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures- Coordinate with the Artistic Director and Board of Directors to streamline operations and improve efficiency- Manage the budgeting process and monitor expensesQualifications:- Proven experience in non-profit sector, comfortable with direct persional contact fundraising- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively- Strong problem-solving abilities- Experience in budgeting and financial management
