This role offers a unique opportunity to learn the ins and outs of freight logistics while honing your customer relationship skills. Even if you're new to the industry, if you have great communication skills, a knack for organization, and a customer-first mindset, you might be the perfect fit for our team.What youll be doing:Developing and maintaining relationships with contacts within our customers organizations.Resolving issues and offering support to our customers problems.Assisting with successful completion of day-to-day commitments.Collaborating with Operations and Sales to develop pricing quotes.Assisting operations with adjustments needed to meet customer expectations.Collaborating with coworkers in a team-oriented environment.Inputting, updating, and managing shipment information in our system.Assisting with dispatching carriers and tracking freight to ensure on-time pickup and delivery and communicate all updates or delays.Collaborating with the team to guarantee each shipment is completed appropriately.Assisting in making sure PODs are submitted in a timely manner.Effectively communicating with internal and external contacts in a professional manner.
