Job Description: Exciting career opportunity for the right candidate with a growing, well-established, national company at its Northridge, CA Branch. As an inside sales representative and account manager, responsibilities will include making outbound calls to both new and existing customers to provide exceptional service and support consistent with company culture and client expectations.Ideal candidates have some knowledge of the environmental market space in environmental consulting, field work, sampling, remediation, industrial hygiene, health and safety, or environmental related services and a desire to leverage those experiences to work with a unique service provider. Ideal candidates will also have prior work experience in customer service-related sectors.Successful candidates are positive, problem solvers, energetic and versatile, and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously. You will receive extensive on-the-job training about company processes and standards. You will learn how the company positions itself to assist customers within the evolving environmental industry. ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: Making outbound calls daily Answering incoming customer inquiries Discussing project requirements Discussing equipment capabilities and project applications Entering customer orders in enterprise software Facilitating quote development Assisting in execution of orders for fulfillment Ensuring customer satisfaction through follow-up correspondences Preparing invoice information for completed rental and sales ordersQUALIFICATIONS and REQUIREMENTS: The ability and desire to grasp and process technical information. Associates or bachelors degree preferred in environmental studies or industrial hygiene It would be helpful if you have experience in environmental consulting, field work, sampling, remediation, industrial hygiene, health and safety, or environmental related services and a desire to leverage those experiences to work with a unique service provider.
