You will work closely with the Head of People and hiring managers to understand our organizational needs and provide valuable impact in our shared goal of helping Covariant scale. In this role, you will have a chance to deeply partner with hiring managers in building their teams and contribute to the growth of a Talent function that consistently delivers excellence in results. AREAS OF FOCUSFull-cycle RecruitingHiring manager partnership and learningOperational improvement and investment in the talent functionYOU WILLPartner with hiring managers to understand talent needs Bring to bear your up-to-date knowledge of the talent market to optimize outreach strategy for your pipelinesSource some of your own candidates - we have great sourcing support, but we all do some!
