Job Overview:Invitro Capital is seeking a results-driven and experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and revenue growth for our portfolio companies. You will manage and optimize performance marketing channels, including paid search, paid social, display advertising, and affiliate marketing. Your expertise in performance marketing and data analysis will play a key role in driving the success of our digital marketing initiatives.Performance Marketing Manager, Responsibilities: Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and revenue growth. Manage and optimize paid search campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and bid management. Create and manage paid social campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Optimize display advertising campaigns to maximize reach and conversion. Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creative and marketing assets. Track and analyze campaign performance, leveraging data to make data-driven decisions and optimizations. Identify and explore new performance marketing opportunities and channels. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing. RequirementsMinimum Qualifications: 5-7 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within the tech or startup industry. Demonstrated success in developing and managing performance marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of performance marketing channels, including paid search, paid social, display advertising, and affiliate marketing. Proficient in using analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or similar tools. Experience with bid management platforms and campaign optimization. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive insights and optimizations. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with marketing for venture capital or investment firms. Knowledge of web development and HTML/CSS.
