Role: Maintenance Technician - CNC MachinistOn-Site: Burnsville, MinnesotaSalary: $25 - $34 per hourRecruiting Heroes is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Maintenace Technician (CNC Machinist) to join our client's team in Burnsville, Minnesota.As a Maintenance Tech, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our CNC machines, including Citizen, Tsugami, Okuma, Nakamura, and Haas, as well as general building maintenance tasks. If you are a Jack of all trades, a fast learner, and a team player, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:CNC Machine Maintenance: Experience in maintaining and repairing CNC Lathe, Mill, and Swiss machines. Familiarity with Citizen, Tsugami, Okuma, Nakamura, and Haas machine tools is essential.Technical Skills: Proficiency in pneumatic and hydraulic systems. Ability to read electrical schematics is required.Building Maintenance: General building maintenance tasks such as painting, drywall repair, and construction of various structures.Preventive Maintenance: Running preventive maintenance software for CNC machines. Training will be provided; basic computer skills are necessary.HVAC Knowledge: HVAC experience is a plus but not mandatory.Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with others and contribute effectively to a team environment.Qualifications:Proven experience in CNC machine maintenance, with a focus on Lathe, Mill, and Swiss machines.Familiarity with Citizen, Tsugami, Okuma, Nakamura, and Haas machine tools is highly desirable.Strong pneumatic and hydraulic knowledge, along with the ability to read electrical schematics.Basic computer skills; familiarity with preventive maintenance software is a plus.Experience with HVAC systems is advantageous but not required.General building maintenance skills including painting, drywall repair, and construction abilities.Fast learner, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.Who We Are:Recruiting Heroes ((url removed)) is an employment agency founded by a former First Responder.
