Provide structure and create positive peer to peer relationships. Assist individuals with personal hygiene including bathing, feeding, dressing, etc.- if needed. Complete detailed, accurate documentation as assigned. Promote Community Inclusion for the individuals served. Help maintains & promote a safe and clean environment for the individuals.. Must have good communication with management.. Assist individuals to achieve and exceed their personal goals.. Complete all documentation as outlined in support services as required.. Positive attitude. Basic money managementQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.
