As a Data Scientist at Bliq you are crucial in driving our mission of transforming home energy management. In this position, you will be at the heart of our innovation, developing algorithms that are not just smart but also sustainable. You will be an integral part of a team that values creativity, collaboration, and a commitment to making a real-world impact on how households consume and interact with energy.
Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science or related field.
Strong skills in Python and a background in Data Science.
Familiarity with Azure cloud services and Databricks.
Experience with Kedro framework, scikit-learn, or similar machine learning libraries is advantageous.
Effective problem-solving abilities and the capacity to perform well under pressure.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hadoop, or similar technologies is a nice to have.

Algorithm Development: Craft and refine algorithms to enhance the performance and efficiency of home battery systems.
Energy Pattern Forecasting: Your expertise will be key in predicting energy consumption and production patterns, helping to shape our strategy in energy distribution and conservation.
Data Analysis and Insight Generation: Utilizing your skills in data analysis, you will extract meaningful insights from large datasets. This includes identifying trends and patterns that can inform our decision-making processes.
Effective Communication: Clearly convey insights and technical concepts to stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Your role will involve tackling complex challenges in energy management, applying innovative solutions to enhance system performance and user experience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working alongside software engineers, product managers, and other key stakeholders, you will ensure that your data-driven insights are effectively integrated into our products and services.
Innovation: Actively contribute to the advancement of our smart battery software, ensuring its continuous improvement.
