Job descriptionResponsibilities:- Provide high-level administrative support to Association Executive- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents- Handle incoming calls and emails, prioritize and respond accordingly- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive informationRequirements:- Experience as an executive assistant or similar role- Strong organizational and time management skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)- Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills- Customer service-oriented mindset- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously- Strong proofreading and editing skills- Computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quicklyNote: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
