About The Role
We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to help communicate the value of our products to internal and external stakeholders. This role will be responsible for developing marketing materials for each Solera product, working closely with the Product organization from innovation through launch and beyond. You will assist with product development, marketing strategy, product implementation, marketing planning, marketing research, and other aspects of product management. As Product Marketing Manager, you will work cross-functionally with the Sales, B2B Marketing, Clinical, Network, Account Management, and Product teams to tell the story of each product and ensure that the materials developed serve the needs of each team.
What you'll be doing

Lead all product marketing content development to communicate the value of our products to stakeholders.
Develop product messaging that differentiates new products and services from others in the market.
Develop training materials on new products, features, and enhancements to train the commercial organization.
Collaborate with B2B marketing function to develop launch materials for all large product launches and new categories entered.
Maintain a launch readiness calendar for new product launches to ensure alignment across marketing and delivery functions in partnership with PMO.
Manage ongoing maintenance of product marketing content.
Assist sales on calls when appropriate to provide deeper dives into the product.
Support the development of ad hoc product marketing needs for customers or prospects.
Maintain a library of competitive assets including sales materials, webinars, and other lead generation efforts to increase the company’s visibility into market positioning.
Ensure product marketing materials are positioned well in market through the review and analysis of competitor positioning and marketing assets.
Transform release notes into commercially facing materials to highlight advancements of product features.

What we’re looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
4+ years of product marketing experience in the healthcare industry.
Deep experience partnering closely with Product teams on strategy, positioning and launches.
Published portfolio of sales and marketing assets.
Project management skills to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Proficiency with standard MS productivity tools, web analytics, collaboration tools and product management tools.

Expected Skills and Competencies

Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills; as well as strong messaging skills.
Ability to collaborate remotely and cross-functionally with geographically dispersed teams.
Keen ability to translate complexity into simple, clear, and intuitive communication.
Demonstrated track record of authoring, developing and designing product marketing assets for digital healthcare products.
Understanding of a product development life cycle, especially how a PDLC impacts the needs of a commercial organization.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform strategies.
A customer-centric mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional value and experience through product offerings.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as attention to detail.
Creative thinker with a vision.

Travel

This is a remote position.
The Company may from time to time require you to travel temporarily to other locations in connection with the Company's business (5-10% travel).
