Social Media Intern

Are you a social media savvy student or recent grad looking to gain real-world experience? Our interior design studio is seeking an enthusiastic and creative intern to help us build our brand presence on Pinterest, Instagram, and eventually TikTok.**Responsibilities:**1. **Pinterest Strategy with Product Affiliate Links** (Top Priority)- Create inspiring boards showcasing our design projects and shoppable product recommendations- Implement an Amazon affiliate marketing strategy to monetize our Pinterest presence- Assist with writing blog content through AI tools to promote affiliate products and give interior design tips- Analyze performance metrics and optimize content for better engagement2. **Instagram Growth**- Develop a cohesive Instagram aesthetic aligned with our brand- Plan and execute a consistent content calendar with compelling visuals and captions- Engage with our target audience through comments, hashtags, and collaborations3. **TikTok Exploration**- Explore popular interior design trends and content formats on TikTok- Ideate creative video concepts that showcase our design expertise in a fun, relatable way4. **Video Editing**- Edit video footage using Premiere Pro to create engaging social media content- Knowledge of Canva design tool is a plusWhat You'll Gain: Hands-on experience in social media marketing for a creative industry Mentorship from experienced interior designer and opportunity to learn about the business Ability to showcase your work and build an impressive portfolio Potential to turn this internship into a paid freelance position for the right candidateRequirements: Excellent written and visual communication skills Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools Passion for interior design, home decor, and lifestyle trends Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently Availability of 10-15 hours per week (flexible scheduling) Video editing skills with Premiere Pro is a plus Local candidates may have opportunities for in-person content creationWe have a library of existing content ready to be utilized and transformed into engaging social media posts. This is a mostly remote position, but if you are a local candidate.. we may have occasional in-person filming and content creation opportunities.
